“Brought our shed in March ….. roof and floor really flimsy and started to leak with in days after construction had finished the thin felt and tacks weren’t man enough for the job….. really thin sheets of plastic blew out with a month!!!! Painted with two coats of good quality wood paint but several planks had bowed and twisted causing us to do urgent repairs with new wood …… door catches a joke….and you can’t be more than 5ft 5 to get in the door!!!
Steer clear!!! You have been warned ….”
“Misleading website sale. I ordered a shed advertised with a ‘free glass upgrade’ in May to be delivered in July. The shed arrived with basic, paper thin, floppy styrene sheets despite the ad and the thumbnail on the product stating free glass upgrade and the invoice saying ‘modern single glazed windows’. I contacted the care team and they said they no longer offer the glass upgrade despite the thumbnail STILL advertising a free glass upgrade. They initially offered nothing, then sent an email offering the glass upgrade, after I accepted, they withdrew that offer and changed the offer to half price glass upgrade (still over £220 extra for what they originally advertised and sold me).
Absolutely shocking. Do not use this company as you likely won’t receive what you ordered and paid for.”
“Website was very simple to use and the prices were the cheapest I found. I ordered an 8 x 6 apex shed and it was delivered next day. Product is great quality and I found it really easy to assemble. Excellent all round.”
