“I have one very happy puppy! Products are great quality, well packaged, and promptly delivered (something that Ziggy is extremely grateful for!). An issue caused by PayPal was resolved quickly and efficiently by Olivia - really appreciated. 5 stars from me, and same from Ziggy...”

“Fantastic company. I’ve used proper natural several times now. Each time has been very easy. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to their staff re a change of an order. This was handled very professionally and without any fuss. The dogs love their products, especially the power chew pack. Also look out for deals.”

“I have looked for a place over the years for different chews and treats for our dog. I was really happy to come across this website and I put in a large order. Our dog loves her treats and chews.
