“Web site is easy to use, there is a good explanation for each item. I immediately received an e mail with confirmation of my order and I was kept informed by e mail through the delivery process. The treats were packaged nicely. I give the treats to my dog as 'special treats' when he has been a really good boy and he loves them.”

“I’m a first time customer of this company. I have found the site easy to navigate with all the pertinent information I like to see for each chew. I also found them competitively price and the chews received were clean and as expected with higher end chews, the re-sealable packaging that was easy to open and close. Delivery was quick and well packaged.”

“So happy I found Proper Natural. My dog's favourite treats are the pig auricles and we keep struggling to find them - they're either out of stock or extortionately priced. But then I found Proper Natural and they were super reasonable, managed to snag a great offer on them, and they arrived within 48 hours. I have a good stock of them now and a happy dog. I'll be back once he's depleted his larder. Thank you.”

“My dog cannot eat grain. I buy him fantastic treats and chews from Proper Natural. I buy him small beef and spinach and larger chicken bangers. He’s very fond of these. He also has bulls pizzles to assist with teeth cleaning. The goodies are very well packed, great value, my dog lives them and they arrive the day following order. Very good service”
