“Really pleased with the order, there's so much to choose from. The puppy pack is full of lovely things for my girl to snack on and the moon bone pieces are huge! Everything is an absolute hit here and the delivery was so fast too”

“Following the delivery of 2 Kong toys for the family labrador I had to complain that one of them fell apart very quickly..... Not only did we receive a fast apology, we also received a replacement toy within a few days! Thank you very much for your response, we really appreciate your good service, and would definately recommend others to order from your company...”

“I have recently started ordering from Proper Natural. I have been looking for long lasting, good quality natural chews for my larger dog who can get through most natural chews in minutes. I have found a proper challenge for him with some of the products from Proper Natural! He and my other dog really enjoy the chews. I have found that the large ostrich metatarsus bone, ostrich feet and the buffalo skin roll keep him occupied for hours! Both my dogs have enjoyed all the natural chews they have had from Proper Natural so far and have not had any stomach issues. Delivery is quick too. I would highly recommend.”
