“Hello - I got the battery operated spray gun it didn’t work. I was shipped a replacement promptly. However, the replacement gun doesn’t work too. I am now sitting with $250 bottle not yet able to protect the fabric ! Do not buy their battery spray gun !”

Again I am so sorry that this has happened.
This is very strange and never happens where two sprayers are sent that are both faulty.
Can you please double check the orientation on the batteries. I have sent you an email with a picture of how the batteries need to be inserted to make sure the sprayer runs as it should.
If the batteries are not inserted correctly, the sprayer can still turn on but it will not draw liquid from the bottle.

Again I do apologise for the delay in getting your order to you.
Unfortunately, once a parcel leaves our packing company, postal issues can sometimes happen and this then becomes out of our control.
I had sent you an email this morning explaining i had spoken with Aus post re your parcel and they had infact asked for it be retuned to sender as it had been damaged in transit. I had spoken with our packing company and they have not received your returned parcel as yet.
I am sorry that this has happened but I am happy to organise for a free replacement to be sent out to you or a refund issued if you would prefer.
