“The show was excellent, but we were given the wrong menu choices for our meal and still haven't been delivered our fans in over six months.”

Hello Jon. Thank you so much for your feedback. First, let me apologize about the fans. We have implemented a brand new design and we would be happy to send them to you along with a little something extra for the trouble. I will email you separately to get this all organized. Secondly, I will be sure to provide feedback to the restaurant regarding the food. You may be happy to know we have greatly improved the food and service at the brunch as we have moved upstairs and have our own dedicated kitchen to serve the brunch. It has greatly impacted issues such as quality of service, temperature, and accuracy. I want to invite you back to try us again so we have another chance to wow you! And lastly, thanks for the kind words about the show. I am glad that you enjoyed it and, once again, thank you for the feedback. It is feedback from guests like you that help us to be the best we can be.

We’re sorry to hear that the language used during the show didn't meet your expectations. Our goal is always to create an atmosphere where everyone can let loose and have a great time. As such, we strive to make it clear to all attendees that drag brunches are lively, fun-filled events that often include adult themes and profanity. This is mentioned in the waiver that all guests sign prior to attending, as we want everyone to be aware of the nature of the show and what to expect. Drag shows, by their very nature, embrace a sense of freedom and exuberance, and the use of colorful language is a common part of the performance. We understand that this might not be everyone's cup of tea, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. Thank you once again for your feedback.

“We loved the performers- but the location is not great. We could not see about half of the action because we were on the patio. I am sure is the same for those inside.”

“It was a fun experience - but honestly so much emphasis on collecting all the money around the tables. Kind of a bummer. I wish there had been more of a performance with less money grabbing. Though not the main reason to go at all - the food was disappointing - my burrito was cold and came with a different side dish than I ordered.”

“The performers were wonderful! Unfortunately, the setup and logistics were subpar. My booking indicated that we were to receive a private table and we paid extra for that. When I asked about that upon being seated at a community table, staff threw their hands in the air and said that’s the way it is. So, unfortunately, it was falsely advertised. As indicated, the performers were great. Food was good but the non alcoholic beverage selection was poor and the juice served was warm. I wouldn’t attend in the future and would not recommend this to others. Definitely overpriced for what you get.”

Just to clarify, our Diva tickets are the only ones that are guaranteed to not share a table. I see you had a Mean Girls ticket and that package sometimes shares tables with other guests if needed. While we will do our best to accommodate all guest requests, please note that the venue makes the final decision on table assignments. They consider factors like capacity, service efficiency, and the needs of all guests. Regarding the beverages at the show, I will certainly pass on this information to the restaurant at the Saguaro to let them know the beverages could use some attention and I am sure they will be happy to receive the feedback as I know they also want to make sure our mutual guests are satisfied. We would love the opportunity to have a second chance at impressing you. Please let us know if you will give us another chance. We would love to discuss some discount options with you! “I am a Senior citizen, so while I thought the music was wonderful it did not draw me in as it did most of the younger in attendance. The entertainment itself was beyond reproach and of an extremely high quality. The only negatives were really for me the venue itself. With VIP tickets, I thought the food could have been of a higher quality. I had the quinoa salad which was good but really quite small and hardly any elements in it except for quinua and salsa. The seating arrangement for this type of show was really poor to me. I sat in VIP faceing a quite entertaining bachlorette party, and this most of what I saw once entertainers passed our table. My view was blocked of anything going on in "front of venue with doors leading outdoors at one point. I also thought it was just drawn out and too long. This is just MY thoughts which I'm sharing with you. The quality of the entertaining was superb!!!!! It was an excellent show, but don't think the venue matched it.”

“I think you should not allow children or dogs to the show. We sat behind the group who brought both. The two girls were young, under fourteen and I felt so sorry for them and the dogs. You could tell they were embarrassed and uncomfortable. "The parents" were oblivious. At one time, one of the dogs got spooked and barking/upset. It was distracting. The makeup,costumes and performances were very good. I felt it was "pushy" with the person who came table to table to exchange money. She stated that it was usual to tip 20.00 dollars a piece. It seemed like all the performers were interested in was collecting money... The food was very good. As was service. I think a central stage with same views would be better. Honestly, I was looking for talent at lip syncing and celebrity look alike. Rosemary was great at Liza. That was talent. Clearly, you are making money. Don't over emphasize the tipping. It takes away from the song and performance.”

“Fun but we were seated outside and could not see what was happening inside. Maybe have some Tv screens outside or just indoor seating.”

“Queens were amazing!!!! The seating option only worked if you were at VIP level. The mean girl seating and basic bitch ticket options only got to see 1/3 of the show.”

We're glad you had a good time. But so sorry you found the assigned table less satisfactory. We are aware of the specific challenges that the present configuration of the venue, and plans are well underway to address this in a better way. One of the hardest parts of this is the queens perform right next to guests, so no matter what we do, some parts of the show are going to be obscured from the audience some of the time. But if you come to see us again, you will notice the changes, and we hope you will like them.

“We enjoyed the show. Great energy, music, costumes and interactions with the crowd. The food however was awful. And COLD. We should have sent it back but didn’t. And our waitress told us they ran out of orange juice. So much for those bottomless mimosas.”

“Quite a high-ticket price for an interesting show with brunch, nothing spectacular or special really. We enjoyed the show, it was very generic drag and nothing unique or with a special something. Needs worked on. We had received a bizarre email communication from a disgruntled member of staff before attending the show along with badly written terms and conditions (with spelling mistakes) - all just felt a bit amateur sadly. There’s lots of potential to make this much better. Good venue. It all feels like it’s a mad effort to make money and less like the girls are loving what they do. This feedback questionnaire is also all weird – the next questions are “was your delivery on time,” “who made the delivery,” and “was the item damaged….” It’s a mess of a form!”

Our Queens love what they do and have a dedicated passion for performing. Again, we wish that could have been conveyed better to you as our guest. In regards to the email, that was a situation that should have been dealt with behind closed doors and should have never involved our guests.
