“We ordered multiple products, all of which were of fantastic quality. Kris was an absolute pleasure to work with and is a real credit to the organisation, extremely helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We did encounter a small issue with the courier delivering to the wrong address, but Kris handled it swiftly and efficiently, working with us to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with both the quality of the products and the outstanding level of service we received.”

“Excellent badges, with clarity throughout the ordering process, swift response to design questions and very speedy production and delivery. I have ordered a range of similar products from different companies over the years and this is by far the best experience. “The service quick & staff were very helpful in assisting with our order. The 25mm Soft Enamel Pin Badges we received were lovely. Well printed, sturdy & good quality. The Magnetic Folding Bookmarks we ordered looked great printed up, but could have done with being made from slightly thicker card, as the laminiation makes them curl up a little bit at the ends. Overall, we would use Purple Moon again in the future.”

“Highly recommend. The costs are clear, the team reached out instantly to share mock ups and agree the final images. They shipped me 100 printed mugs in 4 days! This was a last minute order and I wasn't sure if we could get it on time and Catherine made sure that that happened. Will definitely order again.”
