Was a big fan of golden circle pineapple jam searched for a replacement, purchased yours but found it was very strong I like a sweet jam. Let my neighbour try it and he liked it so he has now the owner of two jars.

I love your jams but as I explained on the phone, I do not like the acidity and tartiness. I believe you will have to adjust your recipes.

The raspberry jam was delicious but the price was too rich.

Hi, this three stars is only for the bbq sauce, I found it fairly bland and very runny, positive is it wasn’t smoky, it seem more like a tomato sauce, not disappointed, have to try new things, looking forward to trying the other products I ordered.👍

I like the unusual flavours but don’t think the price stacks up against other artisan products

Bought the apricot, marmalade, blackberry and raspberry jams as gifts. Some I am keeping. The apricot jam is darker in colour and not like the photo. Super fast shipping and well packaged.

Disappointing that I had to wait so long for dispatch of my order. If there was an issue that was delaying with my order I was not advised. My email to chase up the order after some 9 days was not responded to but rather the order then dispatched . The free jam to be included with my order was not included with my order.

Hello Janette, Thank you for your feedback. The twelve days it took from ordering to receive your parcel was longer than we usually are known for. Please understand that the delay was because of the huge sale we offered with 20% off (which I noticed you received a great $40 discount on your order). When we offer such a huge sale we are absolutely flooded with orders (over 200) and we are a team of two people. We were doing our utmost. On top of the over than forecasted demand, we ran out of a few items that had to be made fresh for your order. Unfortunately one of the fruits we couldn't get was blackberries hence the no free blackberry Jam but we were sure to put in a free Zucchini Relish jar which you should have received. Again due to the extreme order volume, we were so busy packing orders that I couldn't get to the emails as I would have liked. We want to be able to offer generous discounts to our customers from time to time but we ask in return you can be generous with your patience with us as we handle the extra number of orders to process. We do hope you enjoy all the items that were in your order and we appreciate the support of our small family and 100% Australian business. Kindest regards, Tim Harley, QJJ

Absolutely love the apricot jam, but the passionfruit jam was not nice (tasted like some of the passionfruit had gone off?), and seeds were like in canned passionfruit pulp. So that's a fail, but the apricot jam is 100% delicious, and the tomato relish is nice.

Enjoyed the jams, but none of them worth the price for such small jars. The Cherry and Black Pepper was tasty, but very runny until refrigerating which firmed it up a notch, First cherry eaten had a pip, which I was lucky to have detected before biting down on it. I kept the pip if you want it confirmed. Chutneys and relishes were flavourfull enough but for the size of the jars, far too expensive. You need to double the quantity and more, of everything for the same price to even come close for a second order. I did appreciated the prompt delivery, But thank you for the experience, if you don't try, you never know. Judy Hopkinson

The marmalade that was the gift with purchase was very bitter I don’t mind a little amount of bitterness but it had a very bitter flavour for a marmalade. The apricot jam was nice it could be a bit sweeter I didn’t come across any pieces of apricots. Regards Jennifer.

I feel the jams are too sweet as I am diabetic I couldn't eat it. Maybe you should make one for Diabetics.

Hello Christine, thank you for your feedback. We have to say though that our jams contain 70% fruit and are very low in sugar. If they taste sweet it is because the fruit is nice and ripe but not because of the sugar added. Our jams have two-thirds less sugar than supermarket products and all our nutrition panels can be found on the jars and website. Indeed customers seek us out as being the lowest sugar product available on the market. We are sorry you don't feel the same way about the jams you tried but we have to politely disagree with the sentiment expressed. We have more than a few diabetic customers who have written countless reviews attesting to them. That aside, Christine, we do appreciate the time you have taken to write in. Kind regards, the QJJ Team

I have previously bought from your company with the raspberry and licorice one of my favourites. I purchased a selection for my brother and partner as they are gluten intolerant. Unfortunately two of the products with vinegar in caused both of them to have upset stomachs. They said the vinegar smelt as if it had fermented.
