“Order took a full month to arrive and I have no idea why. If it was a publishing issue, fine but I was not informed. No reply to three emails or contact through the website. I specifically chose an indie over a big online store and I'm super disappointed.”

“I never received the book I ordered and paid, because Queer Lit has miscalculated the export fees, which they should have paid (or charged to me in advance).”

Hi Theologos, I'm really sorry to hear your book got stuck at customs and is being returned to us. Our website clearly states on every product page that customers are responsible for customs and duty charges on their side with all international orders. You would have been contacted by your local delivery provider to arrange this. We have replied to your email and offered a refund for the book you ordered. Kind wishes, Matthew
