“This company is run by a bunch of criminals who are using predatory tactics to overcharge customers , lowballing quotes to lure customers in. Also note very short and fake , seemingly paid for 5 star reviews that are posted in dozens immediately after a genuine 1 star review is posted!! Que Removals provided me with an initial quote online after I submitted the photos of the items with a detailed explanation and paid a deposit. Their team agreed on a price of the overnight charge of £180 that I agreed to pay in addition to the online agreed booking fee. Que Removal took my items in a van to the storage I paid for but once the offloading of my items started the Que Removals texted me a new total stating the overtime of 4 hours at 190 per hour in the timeframe they have already charged me the overnight fee of £180 for!! Then when I asked them to explain this new total the Que Removals unlawfully stopped the offloading of my items into the storage I paid for that they were paid to take my items safely to and instead run away with the majority of my items without my consent or permission to a random storage I had no knowledge of !!! Since then Que Removals are holding me hostage and keeping me at ransom demanding I pay £190 plus VAT per day for the storage fee in order to have my items back from the storage they unlawfully took my items to !!!!! They are behaving like criminals using mafia like tactics yet hiding behind some cheap law jargon !!! These men should not be allowed to trade! They have also been reported to the trading standards agency by their own regulatory body Stay away from this company !!! PLEASE READ ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS THAT TRULY REFLECT HOW UNDERHAND THIS COMPANY IS USING PREDATORY MAFIA TACTICS TO OBTAIN MONEY!!!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID AT ANY COST”
