Terrible customer service. Refused to give a refund even though contact was made on their website within a few minutes of ordering. I placed the order then after payment realised paperwork to be included had to be in my husband’s name. I then reordered in his name therefore payment was taken twice. When no response to website communication I emailed the following day. Emails back and forth would not give telephone number to discuss. Assertive attitude and NO REFUND!!”
“Awfull company. I understand they make bespoke products and have a no cancellation policy but I ordered plates after being fined by the police, immediately after acing the order it asked for my docs, as I am away from home I cannot get access to them so asked for a refund, I was told a refund would cost £6, when I said this was shocking and that they now would not offer me a refund, Melanie at quick plates completely took the huff and started limiting her replies to short horrible messages. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE”

My documents are with the dvla so choose to go online as never had to produce these with other companies etc far quicker to go to Halfords or the like or don’t be hasty and look about online for other companies that will supply without making u supply sensitive documents etc, as usual u get the clever reply from the company and no doubt they will reply to this review etc!!! They cover them selves very well!!!! I’m now a airing for a refund minus 6£ processing fee
There are plenty of other websites that provide the same service but without the need to harvest personal information etc, do your research and avoid this company.
