Please read the reviews and do not use these criminals. They quote a small price then take a look at the lock, decide it needs drilling, then charge for removal and replacement then they massively overcharge for the lock itself (almost £400 for a Euro cylinder available everywhere else for under £30). Almost all bills are between £600 and £1,000. This is how they consistently operate, by the time you realise the costs it's too late, then (according to some reviews) they get aggressive. This is a prime candidate for Matt Alwright on Rogue Traders...
They are not a member of their trade association (MLA) for a very good reason. Please do not become their next victim.”
“I was locked out of my flat with no key. They charged me £225.60 in total. £59 for the emergency call-out, £129 to drill through my lock so they could get into the flat. Plus VAT. I then found out that it’s a common cylinder Yale lock that he could’ve just picked. The charge for picking would’ve just been £59. So he drilled and destroyed the lock when he didn’t need to. He then asked to charge me £80 for a new lock but I said no to this. The locks are £10 online. Scam!”

They are scam artist, with inflated prices that apply on vulnerable people who are in position where they have no alternatives. A 10 mins job cost us 566.40 absolute ripoff and scam. We report them to the police, they Re aware about this company and receive advice to make a complaint at Trading standards and reqest to the bank for chargeback. Don't read fake reviews and don't fall victim like us”
“We were completely over charged and strongly NOT recommend this locksmith company. They have charged us two times, one for the drilling and for labour to remove the lock. They took from my mum 65' almost 600£. And the technician, don't recall his name act like a live saver but instead is a scammer, After that I read this company reviews on trustpilot and google, is like a pleague, a nightmare. I don' t know how they have here positive reviews but AVOID this company”
