“I brought this product it worked very well nice and load however wasn’t stated no where it has a European plug with adapter which was quite shaky. If I managed to use it. Now that it is broken I can’t find a replacement or get in contact from anyone on the site. This was very frustrating as it costs over £200. Not to mention it is displaying a error message so I cannot use the speaker. The customer service button has no information on how to contact them once pressed on. There’s no information underneath.”
