They have let me down time and time again, as things stand I still haven't had my radiators delivered. Initially ordered on the 19th of October under the premise that 1-2 day delivery will ensure I have receipt of these by Friday. Subsequently booked my plumbers at £250 day rate. No show from Radiator Outlet, called on Monday, no explanation as to why these aren't delivered - assured a manager will call me and radiators will be delivered on Tuesday 25th. Rebooked the plumbers on this basis, come 25th; no call, no radiators and £500 out of pocket to cover plumbers day losses, twice. Finally managed to speak to them at 4pm, told they are chasing the driver but have no knowledge of his whereabouts.
Currently Wed the 26th October, no radiators in sight, no answer on the contact details, no email response.”
