“Unfortunately the skirt arrived extremely creased which made it look terrible when I tried it on. For the price, I’d also have expected it to be lined or made from a thicker, better quality material. It felt thin and a bit flimsy so regrettably it was returned.”

“Considering the price [having bought 1 pair full price for my daughter at Christmas], then another pair for myself a couple weeks ago in the sale, lets just say I feel robbed for the full price pair I paid near £200 for, let alone the pair I have received for myself. Glue showing on the upper. Fur on the inside is short of where it should stop and the rubber around the slipper between the sole and the upper, is split into two pieces going around the slipper and easily seen that it is such! I never opened the full priced slippers that I gave my 21 year old daughter at Christmas, I now see however why she has never commented on them as I thought she would have. Which for a slipper of nearly £200 worth, leaves the most bitter taste of all. Should have just bought UGG slippers instead for sure - Half the price of the full priced ones here and where the quality is assured and unrivalled. Tried to attach photo’s of both left and right slippers but would not let me do so!”

“I loved the look of the trousers I bought when I saw them on-line, but when I tried them on in my size they felt at least one size smaller, perhaps two. The sizing is not in line with other British companies. They were also lighter in weight than was described. Sadly I had to return them. The service was courteous and prompt, and I will wait to receive my refund minus £3 for shipping them back.”

“Purchased two intial bobble bracelets before Christmas and they both discoloured after a couple of wears . Very different to Rae’s other bobble collection which I have had ages and are still as good as new .”
