“I had been having a number of issues with my “Google My Business” account which I had been trying to resolve through Google myself. After contacting them and another provider on numerous occasions they both were unable to help. I got in touch with Ranking Coach, who I have an account with, and spoke to Iva who after listening to my problem got straight on to resolving the issues. With some very quick email responses Iva managed to resolve the problems that had been affecting my business for several months. Given I have limited IT knowledge Iva’s approach was great, very patient, listening and relayed things in a simple way so I could give her the information she needed to get it resolved. The experience I received was fantastic and I would highly recommend Ranking Coach, Iva and her colleagues to anyone looking for a digital marketing company.”
