Unmfortunately within 30 days it failed not raymours fault talked to Phil he sent out tech and call me the following day and said it passed manufacture specs I explained that when sat on it collapsed on the edge so bad it was hard to get in I was told he remembered me and my back problems and delivered a replacement my only hope is manufacture takes car of raymour the way Phil felt with me this is the proper way to handle customers I will buy all my furniture from Phil from now on Thankyou Phil Thankyou raymour.
