“APPALLING SERVICE, EXPLOITATION AND POOR COMMUNICATION Releaf failed to turn up for a consultation I booked for a rare medical condition which I spent days preparing for. I then asked them to delete my data and they refused, saying they need access to my medical data for clinical staff. I have spent since December 2025 - OVER FIVE MONTHS - asking them to delete my data as I am not a patient and received no care or service from them. They claim I had a consultation. I did not. They then claimed they had deleted my account. They did not. No clarification has been provided as to why the consultation did not happen despite repeated requests for information. The next stage of this saga is that Releaf locked me out of an account I asked to be deleted - they did not delete it but have kept it and I can't see what details they retained. No one replies to emails. This is not acceptable conduct and the company needs to be investigated. The result of all this: massive distress. Don't use this company.”

“As a diagnosed autistic person with PTSD and anxiety, I found the process to be stressful and anxiety inducing. Besides bombarding me with agitating emails and phone messages regarding 'proof' (which had already been provided), the 2nd doctor that Releaf assigned to me said "your anxiety and autism are weaknesses in your brain scaffolding that could come crashing down." This is terrible and unacceptable language coming from a licensed professional who is supposed to show empathy and understanding towards patients. The questions also seemed like they were designed to trick instead of being straightforward. As a result, this process has exacerbated my anxiety. I think releaf is for those who want to take marijuana recreationally rather than those who suffer from actual anxiety and have actual disorders like autism or PTSD.”

“Releaf make a lot of promises but are never there for you when you need them. Patient support is a minimum of 40 minutes on hold to get through. Emails do not get a response for days. Appointment with Clinicians are always fully booked so you have to wait weeks for an appointment to change your script. Releaf started as a great company but in the year I have used them they have become appauling. Their CEO spends more time on Talk TV rubbishing other clinics than running the business it seems. A once very happy customer now being made to feel like they have made a huge error trusting Releaf. My healh is suffering as a result of their poor customer service.”

“Hello, I have been a user for 5/6 prescriptions of the same product. Last time Releaf supposedly sent me the same thing again but there was about 3g too little in the box and the product was so dry that after grinding it turned into sand. Despite this, the product was of a different color and taste. Releaf claims that it may differ a little between deliveries but not that much in my opinion. I have been a user for over 15 years so I know a little better than the average user. So despite complaints about poor product quality and especially that too little product was delivered I am forced to rate you zero. You have no knowledge and you probably don't know what you are selling if I pay for 10g and get between 7/8 grams of very stale dried herbs in a box that do not stick, do not smell and crumble into powder. I do not recommend.”

“I've been with Releaf for several months now after years of pillar to post,years of prescription medication not working really for me as it should,medical cannabis based treatment helps alot with my Fybro,adhd and chronic pain and lack of sleep,many illnesses. Top notch product,top notch Doctor's, and great customer service. 10/10”
