“My flat in a building managed by Rendall & Ritner has had water ingress from the balcony for a long time. In the over 100 days since I raised the issue, no remedial works have occured - they are slow to respond, slow to send surveyors to assess the situation, and slow to now fix the problem. The issue was obvious from the outset, and could have been fixed within a month by a decent management company.
Their delay has meant that belongings inside the property are now receiving water damage, and mould and large mushrooms are growing inside.”

Hmmm, where have I seen and heard that before? Another dodgy MA says they are "formed by experienced professionals disillusioned with the poor service provided by larger firms in the industry.
What a complete joke! What appears to be a common theme with these useless MAs is they haven't changed and R&R seem to have enriched themselves on the back of ripping off their customers and being the root cause of customer dissatisfaction.
What is needed to regulation of the residential property industry to put these cowboys out of business.”
“Bad service all round from Rendall and Rittner. They take a long time to respond to emails and when they do they are not very helpful or truthful either. The previous PM couldn't hack it and left less than 6 months into the job and the current one is extremely unprofessional and does not help with anything you ask them to action. I would avoid this company at all costs.”
