“The tap I purchased was a basin tap and not a kitchen tap as I was putting it in the galley on my boat and all the kitchen taps were too large. This is a scaled down version of the kitchen tap and it's proportions fit perfectly in my boat. Having a matching soap dispenser was the icing on the cake as I was able to use both the holes left by the tap set I was replacing. Everyone who sees them asks 'Where did you get them?' and I have no hesitation in telling them, Renovator Store. My experience with Renovator Store was also first class. Ordering online was easy from their website. Comunication regarding confirmation and shipping were fast and the taps were delivered very quickly. First class service, thank you.”

“The open out pantry shelves are great. The installation directions privided were hare to understand. However, I did manage to install them myself. Excellent product.”

“I ordered free samples on 14 Sept 2023. received an email 2 Sept 2024 that order was despatch but no tracking info. follow up email 7 Sept 2024 that order was about to be delivered but no tracking info. Still have not received the sample”

“Back on 15.08.24 we ordered and paid for two light up mirrors. We were sent incorrect mirrors and phoned only to be told yesterday that the incorrect ones were sent because you didn't have the ones we ordered?!? Rather than offering us a refund? We only ordered two to see what quality they were, then we were going to order an additional three for the other bathroom and powder room we are renovating. I cannot honestly rate the mirrors because we never received them, or a refund?”

Hi Cynthia, We were also shocked that the mirrors you had received had a waving hand instead of the round dot to turn them on and off. As soon as we were alerted, we immediately followed up with our suppliers They are very sorry for the issue as are we. As discussed and sent via a text message, your refund has been processed after the mirrors were picked up by the couriers. We do apologise again that the correct mirrors were not delivered.

“The cutlery tray works well. It would have helped to have assembly instructions either with the tray or online. As it was I had to work it out by looking at the picture online.”
