“The delivery and customer service were very responsive. The hand towel ring is good quality. The Coat of Arms toilet roll holder as originally shipped was missing the timber part and had a poor quality casting. After posting an earlier version of this review, Restoration Online contacted me immediately and offered to replace it with a better quality version, at no extra charge, which they did within a week. I think the prices are slightly high due to being unusual items rather than the run-of-the-mill stuff everyone else is selling. Would buy from Restoration Online again.”

Regarding the Coat of Arms Toilet Roll Holder, we’d like to clarify that we did reach out to you after your order to advise that the timber component supplied with this product would be unfinished raw timber, rather than the polished version shown in the original image. However, from our records, we didn’t receive any notification that the timber component was missing entirely from your delivery.
This is certainly not how the product should have been supplied, and we’d like to rectify this for you as soon as possible. We can send you the missing timber dowel immediately, or alternatively, if you prefer a higher-quality option, we’d be happy to send you a different brand Coat of Arms Toilet Roll Holder, which features a more detailed casting and finished timber.
