“I spoke with a most helpful member of staff to check a couple of things with my sizes , placed my order on a very easy to use website , parcel arrived very quickly , the items purchased ( trousers, shoes and braces ) were of the highest quality , so good in fact it got us onto the Goodwood live steam !!”

“Returning to Revival Vintage to shop for my younger brother's birthday was an obvious choice, and I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. Vincent loves the classic look and is such a gent and a sweetheart, just a wonderful young man, and I am so proud of him. I love getting something really really special for him, each year, so I can't believe how fun it was to open up the website and sit down with him and tell him the world was his oyster, to choose what he pleased! Revival, I have to thank you for Vince's reaction. He was so amazed and excited to see so many fantastic clothing options, and the quality, and the accuracy of the time periods portrayed. Simply stunning! Finding something he liked was a cinch. Finding just ONE thing he liked this time around was a bit harder! :) Which is fabulous because there are so many options for future gifts! But the lovely jewel colors in the red knit waistcoat-- he has literally wanted a red knit waistcoat all his life just like this! It said it would arrive in five days, which seemed super quick to us, as we're shopping from outside the UK, but then it even arrived a day early which was wonderful! It was even more beautiful in person-- its make, its feel, its smell, the stitchwork, the interior lining! It's absolutely a treasure! To be able to find an item of this quality, of this superiority-- it's so rare. Just stupendous, and then of course the waistcoat even looked so much more fantastic on my brother! I loved seeing it on him under his suit the past few Sundays for church, just splendid, and to see how delighted he is, such a proud big sister moment-- Revival Vintage has done it again! Excellent job! Thank you for helping me maintain my peak status as the best big sister! I am so proud to be a recurring customer!”

“This is the third item I have order and although prompt delivery and lovely quality, the sizing is not great. I am a UK standard size 12/14 and have not even been able to get into a size 18 in one of your suits and dress”

“Asa resident in the Far East, and first timer visitor to Goodwood this year, sorting out a period costume in advance was not at all easy. After many set backs, I was relieved and delighted to find REVIVAL VINTAGE online. The website is clear and visually accurate and offers considerable help and guidance to last minute shoppers like me. The response time, e-mail advice, packaging and shipping is very quick, and followed up with prompt acknowledgement and tracking details. With no chance for fittings, I had to make sure the sizes were right. “Suit was of good material and seemed well made and a good fit. Only downside was buttons weren't very well sewn on. One came off in my hand first time I tried it. I'll probably have to get someone to do them all properly, which won't be cheap”

“Lovely quality, the size isn't quite right on my very short legs - I need to either lose some weight round the middle, or grow six inches, to make them hang how I want. Guess which it's going to be. So these are not for me right now but I will be buying them in an appropriate size when my height improves lol. I returned these and the process was very easy, thank you. Will definitely buy from Revival again, quality is great and customer service is superb. (I'm five foot nothing and size 16, for context. If you're even a bit taller the 16 will be perfect).”

“1940s style dress, gloves and back seam tights. Tights laddered first day when using bathroom, gloves very small. Loved dress but poppers constantly came undone although bought a size larger than usual.”

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. It's unfortunate to hear that you've had one or two issues with the items you purchased - these aren't things we've heard often from customers. The press studs on the Summer Harvest dress are a feature copied from the original 40s dress for authenticity.
