Don’t buy from this company. After seven months of using them for my Mounjaro prescription, I’m switching to a competitor. I should have done it months ago. They offer no genuine support, dismiss serious health concerns, and blatantly ignore UK consumer law. In August, I safely increased my dose to 7.5mg and became really unwell. I was in bed for a week with severe diarrhoea and vomiting, fearing I’d caused permanent damage. Desperate for support, I reached out to RightAngled. With no phone number to call (red flag), I emailed to explain how ill I was, only to be told to “speak to a chemist.” Sorry, but aren’t you supposed to be the chemists? When my local chemist couldn’t help (they didn’t feel qualified to advise on Mounjaro and told me to speak to the prescriber), I went back to RightAngled, asking to speak to a medical professional. I was promised callbacks twice – neither happened. I had to keep chasing them, and when someone finally called, their advice was vague and unhelpful. It didn’t feel like I was speaking to a qualified medical professional at all. More recently, a pen I purchased malfunctioned. It’s faulty. It had two doses left but wouldn’t turn, leaving me unable to use it. When I reported this to customer service and asked for a replacement or refund, they flatly refused, citing “pharmacy guidelines” in their T&Cs. Instead, they directed me to the manufacturer and, after endless back and forth, offered a pitiful 10% discount on a new pen. I repeatedly explained my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which clearly states that retailers are responsible for resolving issues with faulty goods, not the manufacturer. RightAngled refused to budge, hiding behind their T&Cs and insisting that refusing refunds is standard practice for online pharmacies. This is ILLEGAL – their T&Cs cannot override UK law. I dread to think how many other customers have had their rights denied like this. Customer service, particularly from Milaniyah, was obstructive and uncaring throughout. RightAngled clearly prioritises profits over people. They don’t support their customers, they don’t follow the law, and they certainly don’t care about your health. I honestly doubt they even have access to real medical professionals who can provide proper support if issues arise. Avoid RightAngled at ALL costs. There are other online pharmacies that care – RightAngled isn’t one of them.

A review of my experience with them since last week: Absolutely awful company, do not care about client at all. Still no courtesy or empathy shown from company I have now missed my dose 5 days. They take a long time to respond to emails bearing in mind this is an ongoing case, they have shown me no proof of them tracing Royal Mail they answer none of my questions. DO NOT ORDER from this company Unless u willing to waste your money, time and mess with your health and weight loss journey 9/9/24 : My situation has still not been resolved. I am now late for my dose and this company do not care at all!!!! I have been shown no empathy or had them reach out with any solutions.so much more to say but for now I will still show some grace. It takes a whole day for a response you cannot call or speak to anyone and have to rely on emails that they answer end of the day! The frustration of having my medication messed up is becoming overwhelming bearing in my mind I have paid 180 for my medication and yet no support or help! Absolutely awful service and do not recommend anyone to use. I wish I had listened to the bad reviews on here as not a word fo a lie was told. So much hassle for something that’s meant to be aiding me on my journey; that before dealing with this company was easy and straightforward ahhh what a nightmare. ALSO in response to your reply. You have done nothing to help rather you asked me to remove MY HONEST review in order for you to waiver of a delivery fee which I was not willing to do and I let u know how deceiving and distasteful that was and only then did u waive it if after much back and forth! Do u think this is about a delivery fee? Of 5.99 when I’ve nearly paid £200 it’s beyond that it’s the principle of me receiving my medication which you have shown no effort in tracing or retrieving to send back yet again only once I’ve mentioned it your now saying it’s on the way to you guys. Please don’t talk anout response times I have screenshots of our communication and what times you respond and after how many emails you finally respond so let’s not do that. 6/9/24 They do not answer promptly and my order was not delivered due to a mistake in address from their drop down bar despite me being inconvenienced and staying at home all afternoon as it was promised to be delivered within a certain time slot but due to the address error Royal Mail needed up not being able to deliver.

My first order from Right Angled was fine, delivered promptly. No problems. The problems came when the 2nd pen was due (Weight loss meds) I signed up for a subscription as you get 10% off automatically. The price did not reflect this in my customer portal, i queried this twice using the contact form with zero response. My pen was due to be dispatched but the money was not taken. I had to prompt Rightangled to fulfil my order - Annoying but again not too much of an issue. The pen was dispatched Friday and due Saturday. Royal mail did not attempt to deliver which i was concerned about as the pen is sent in a cool bag. I queried this straight away with Right Angled who said they couldn't do anything whilst it was in transit. They stated if the pen had been in transit at room temp for more than 36 hours it could still be used but should be stored at room temp. They confirmed if it was CLOUDY it should not be used and to let them know. The order came on the Tuesday and had been in transit for 5 days. The pen was CLOUDY. I sent them a picture and kindly asked for a replacement - they then back tracked and advised it was safe to use. They refuse to help me, i'm now £150 down, no pen, no money... I'm having to speak to the bank because the customer service is so rubbish. AVOID They also do not supply a sharps bin which is pretty standard for this type of medication. No followup apart from a quick automated email asking you to fill in a form, no one replies

Endless discussion for non received order. DHL Belgium confirming shipment was not delivered. Rightangled hiding behind wrong info. Picture of a letterbox that is not mine. Clearly no intention in resending medication. Buy elsewhere. Rightangled is not to be trusted.
