“Despite saying 3-5 days for delivery I was still waiting for my order from 12th January. I replied to your email when you asked for a review and I received a phone call immediately. Having assumed the parcel had been lost you are kindly sending out a replacement. I’ve used your company before and have always been happy but your excellent customer service today deserves a mention.”

“I have ordered from RightNutri a number of times now, the customer service is excellent! Orders are processed quickly and arrive packaged securely. Prior to Christmas I was concerned a product delivery would be delayed due to the bank holidays and I would run out. I contacted the team and they kindly processed my order on a one day tracked delivery at no extra charge. Thank you to the team.”
