"The ordered item arrived promptly, was very well wrapped & had keys, rawl plugs & screws with it. Product in reality exactly as portrayed. I was impressed. The Plumber I engaged fitted the Robox. He installed the insulation provided for protection of the building\u2019s insulation envelope. Those persons I have shown the installation to have all been impressed. The Local Authority finalised the permission granted for the installation from photos of the work. There has not been any rain yet but hopefully the Robox\u2019s design will protect both the lock & handle mechanism. The lock is not as sturdy\/positive as I would have preferred but overall, I am very pleased with the Robox. There is room for additional insulation between the tap & the Robox should it be needed. "
