“One of those shady companies where I tried it (by accident because they don't even do anything of use to me) for 30 days and then forgot to cancel. So they charged my £130 for something i never used and refused to refund. LAME!!”

Hi Lies, We are sorry your print went missing. We print and ship from 50+ locations worldwide. This is not only to avoid the problems caused by Brexit but also to reduce our carbon footprint and shipping times. Obviously, due to Covid, we are experiencing more problems with supplies and shipping but we are getting it right most of the time. When we don't, we try to fix the situation as quickly as possible and resent your order as soon as we were aware of the issue.

We are sorry about this. Shipping to South Korea is currently suspended from Australia (our closest printers to you). At the time of dispatch, the suspension was not in place, but it came into effect after this fact. This will be processed and shipped to South Korea once the suspension has been lifted. We're really sorry about this and, as we have said, we can either wait for the suspension to be lifted, or offer you a full refund.
