“I paid a premium for delivery in 48 hours yet it took nearly 10 days before it finally arrived yesterday. No doubt you will claim unprecedented times but do not charge an additional premium for a service you cannot provide.”

“Can't comment on the sanitiser itself as I never received it , tracking showed it sat at the final delivery hub for 5+ days so I cancelled my order. Received a full refund within 48hours,”

“Hand sanitiser was fine. However, over half of the bottles ordered are unusable as the lids fell off. I have tried to re-attach these but with no success. Therfore, I have a number of full bottles that cannot be used.”

“It looks very good, however it does not dispense the gel consistently. It works sometimes but other times no gel comes out until you move your hands away and then its too late. It is better if you place your hand near the grey tray and move it slowly upwards. The on / off switch at the side is poorly labelled. As several different people will be switching it off and on I have had the put extra labels at the switch.”

“Good hand sanitiser however the dispenser is poor. Keeps jamming causing the sanitiser to drop. Often having to switch off and on to reset it. Also sender doesn’t always respond. Could be better”

“This is one of the few sanitisers that does not make my hands dry, in fact they feel smoother than precocious days! I did get 2 automatic dispensers and one works really well but the other seems to get an airlock and takes several pumps to get going, and even then the amount dispensed is rather small, therefore taking at least three applications to get sufficient sanitiser. Overall I would recommend the sanitiser not too sure on the auto dispenser.”
