“Extensive products with unsatisfactory customer support. We purchased a chair through their online shop, and it arrived in a box with no protective covering. As a result, one leg of the chair was completely destroyed: cracked and split into two pieces. We contacted customer support to request a replacement, yet never received any response. We repeatedly attempted to reach out through multiple email addresses and phone calls, but no one responded. Being completely ignored after receiving a clearly damaged product is extremely frustrating and totally unacceptable. I would not recommend shopping with them”
“I ordered a small bench from Royal Design UK, and unfortunately it didn't suit our hallway as intended, and I went to return it, only to find out they charge £150 RETURN FEE!?! Which is absolutely extortionate! I've shopped from various online furniture retailers such as Heals or Habitat and John Lewis, and never have I been charged anything more than £49 even for something like a sofa. For this company to charge £150 for a small bench is absolutely ridiculous!! Never buying from them again!”
