Based on this we went and the meeting was held at Sheraton hotel, sharjah lead by Anurag and his team. They convinced to take the tour package which was really worth when they saying but practically it is not. I felt this after-the days gone. \r\n\r\nOnce after the second day this guy anurag, he has not answered my call. I am really surprised, from that day i got doubt about this company. \r\n\r\nAnd they never made any of the commitments fulfilled. They just keep delaying the request and ending up with failed. I have been since 7 months, nothing they have arranged for me. Lot of mails i sent to them, they will just acknowledge and reply as concerned person will get back. No calls reaching them. \r\n\r\nAnd also they agreed to settle my EMI reimbursement in part by part with interval of 3months. I have been patiently waiting for that first EMI date to come and after that i sent mail requesting to transfer the amount to my account. Again they keep saying the same story that, wait for 3months more to transfer the amount. These people are thinking that customers are fool so they keep on cheat more.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nI am really wondering, still these people are conducting the meeting in same hotel and looting the money. Guy\u2019s please be careful if anyone wish to go and attend, kindly aware they are professionally trained for scam. So don\u2019t fall in the trap. "SCAMMERS- I have booked package on December 09,2023 and later realized that we have been trapped after payment done then we requested within 2 hours to refund the amount and cancelled the package. MUAAZ and Julie has agreed over phone and asked to visit office unfortunately as of now nothing done after several follow ups. I met Mrs. Khan who\u2019s also not ready to refund my amount as per contract clause 5 customer can claim refund within 7 days with 35% deduction.
