CAUTION PEOPLE Safe guard your money. Avoid this travel agency at all costs....This travel agent has been a complete nightmare.
I was one of very unfortunate people who got trapped in Royal Palm Holiday scam. This is total scam, fraud and disgusting company . They have office and a corrupt officials who are highly skilled to trap people with false commitments and offers and once they drain money from pockets, they then show their real dishonest, disrespectful, disgraceful behaviors .
They claim to provide all local activities but never have capacity to and will to fulfil that. When we email or by telephone requesting any service, a generic email reply comes that we will work on that, then series of false hopes and commitments starts.
They never say "No" but never ever fulfil commitment, until you reach to level of frustration, angerness and disappointments.
And there are threatening us after taking our money. I don't want other people to suffer . Please refrain from them, they are biggest registered fraud and scam in UAE with unique tectics of scam.”

“Very professionally organized Scam!!!...Exploiting with lucrative sales pitch and none of the promises made during sales are valid any more...and none of these are in the contract...while signing when asked why all these are not mentioned in the contract they said it is just a formality document and we keep our promise...but now there is no one to whom you can talk to...any email you send there is only a template response you get...have paid 10K AED and completely fallen into this trap now...in the last 2 years so far able to get only 3 nights that too with too many arguments / rescheduling....for the last one year struggling to get one reservation...every time they come with only lame excuses to deny the service...even if you request 2 months in advance they wait till last date to tell you it is not available and ask you to plan again a month after...and the story repeats...have registered complaint against them with authorities....”

Then people start going to their office and get humiliated by their staff .
Their strategy is to take people in side room and either they convince falsely or some time offer alternate of your own choice ( not yours).
I had to go Hong Kong - requested when night hotel , and as joke I got reply that due to eid season hotels are full. When I argued how eid effects hung Kong which is non islamic country then they realised about their foolish reply .
We planned to travel turkey and requested hotel 6 weeks before travel. They promised , given us some options and you know what they changed few times themselves and even failed to provide hotel until few hours left in my flight . I went to their office , had big fight and then they released three night hotel of their own choice , for rest of two nights they send me confirmation while I was in Turkey and it was very average hotel .
You can imagine disappointment , frustration and unprotection , specially when travelling abroad with kids .
Now recently we requested one night resort in ras Al khaima and they failed to provide us, though they re assured us several times and my wife visit them several time .
So please don't take me wrong , imlost my 11500 AED, I don't want other people to suffer .

I can't express how disappointed I am with this so-called "tourism" company. They promised to fulfill all my requirements and took my money without hesitation. However, it was all downhill from there. After they got their hands on my hard-earned cash, it's like they vanished into thin air.
I've tried calling them numerous times, but no one ever picks up. Their email? Well, it's like sending messages into the abyss because I've received zero responses. It's apparent they are experts at taking money and then providing zero service in return.
Please, save yourself the headache and heartache and avoid this sham of a company at all costs. They're nothing but a bunch of frauds who thrive on robbing unsuspecting customers. I wish I could give them zero stars, but one star is the minimum.”

“If there had been an option for negative reviews I would have done that. 13,500dhs is the amount I have paid and lost. I got 2 local stays for this money and that's it. I was charged interest on my credit card which they promised to reimburse but never received any amount after the 1st installment. Now I have almost paid of my credit card emi but have not received any amount.
Also whenever we request for any bookings they will just wait till the last moment and tell not available. I had requested 2 night booking 2 months in advance. They waited till the last date and said not available. During the time I bought the membership I was told that for local activities 2 weeks advance intimation is enough. Please don't fall for this and tell others also. I am going for legal action against them. Hope to get my money back.”

First of all let me introduce myself my name is Gufran and I am not hesitating to disclose my identity as I am writing a genuine feedback. I was invited by them at their Trap Place made at “FOUR POINT HOTEL BY SHERETON SHARJAH” 9th Floor.
I went there with my Wife and attend by ANURAG & DARSHANA they showed us a very ROSY PICTURE with full of False commitments, they offered us Local Activities like “Ferrari World, IMG World, Burj Khalifa Top Atlantis Water Park etc” along with International Holiday Hotel package and Umrah Package. Recently my family came to UAE on visit Visa, So anyhow I have to spend some money on these activities due to which I fall into their Trap.
Before buying this package I clearly asked them that I am paying to avail Local activities before 15th June because my family will go back and after that this package will be of no use to me and they make all commitments and assured us that after 3-4 days of package activation you can start availing these activities.
So I paid them 2500AED and got call from their reservation team and they provide me list of activities which is approx. value of 50DHS per person like Dubai Frame, Miracle Garden, Dhow Cruise etc, When I demanded for IMG World or Ferrari World he started giving me excuses and unable to provide anything which is on higher price. Then I called Anurag he didn’t picked up my phone nor revert on message, by the time I got an Idea that I am be fooled by them, But I tried my best and made rigorous follow ups on mail because “OFFICE NUMBERS NEVER ANSWERED” I was after their life because 2500 DHS
Date: 28th May’23 Again I went to the same place as a new customer and again they started committing the same false commitments this time the persons were Gaurav and Naresh. After listening to their all false commitments I asked Naresh that I want Burj Khalifa, IMG World / Ferrari World and Stay in Queen Elizabeth Can you give me assurance that it will be provided before 15th June, His answer was YES. Again I confirm and he was very confident that yes it will be available.
Then I asked a question that these activities are for new customers or old can also avail, so he was suspicious and answer yes it is available for all, then I disclosed that I am your member I have bought package from you inspite of it why you people are not providing me if it is available. Somehow Naresh seems to be gentle and showcase as want to help me, he asked me to come day after tomorrow I will help you.”
