“Rug Guru great but Borders rug rubbish. Took delivery in March 2022 and still (November) have to empty my vacuum’s bin after every single clean! Spend on a decent wool rug eg Scion, or buy a polypropylene rug IMHO”

“Looked lovely on arrival, however, it is very harsh and uncomfortable fabric. There are also quite a few flaws in the throw. Very disappointed with the purchase.”

“Not in the least bit what I was expecting. I expected a lovely plush soft rug. Instead I got a plastic mat. The published picture was totally misleading!! I'll only be mislead once. Please get the advertising correct Rug Guru for the sake of everyone else. A very disappointed customer here.”

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately I've no notes on your order that you were unhappy with this rug. The Saville rug is 100% Polypropylene which is mam-made and won't be as plush as perhaps a wool rug. If you haven't used this and would like to return it please let me know.
