Shoes did not fit, and upon returning them, I find out it will cost $46 to return them to Spain. There is no mention of the customer paying for return shipping in their return policy. It only says quick and easy returns. Also, customer service was rude. I will not purchase from this company again.

I cancelled the order before it was shipped. Three days after cancelling they dispatched the items via a donkey. I then had to use their own returns courier costing £11 and now a month later I’m still chasing for a refund. Will never return to this company. Honestly read the reviews and run away.

The shoes didn’t fit, so I contacted Runnerinn to ask for the returns address so I could send them back, only to be told they would not accept me arranging this myself and instead I would be obliged to pay £10.

really slow delivery, shorts too small (not their fault obviously) but have just had to pay an additional £11 to return them from NI to UK - super slow, expensive returns, won't be using again
