They come up in searches because their shoes are sometimes marginally cheaper, but they put an extortionate cost on delivery fees but and then double it for return costs which are very hidden on the website. No other reputable retailer charges for delivery on products of this price, and no other retailers charge this much for returns. It also took ages to arrive. They deliver Royal Mail 48 Tracked which is £3.39 for a shoe box sized parcel (less as a corporate account holder), so the fact they charge £11+ for return postage is robbery. Really dodgy company. Whatever you've seen on their website you can find elsewhere at a more trustworthy company that you're able to return to if you don't like and has a customer service team you can actually get on contact with. Buy elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Beware that if you buy an item that isn't right for you, they will not support you in returning it. I purchased a pair of Topps shoes which were very uncomfortable and after running in them twice I contacted Runnerinn for a return and they did not care at all. Their return website also doesn't work properly and Jack was extremely unhelpful! I do not recommend them!!!

Shipping was excellent but product is poor. OTSO hoodie. Thin material, feels cheap and size label is heat sealed to the garment damaging the outside of the item. Absolutely unacceptable for a very expensive hoodie. Should not be stocked.

Here's a corrected version: --- About two months ago, I placed an order and paid extra for delivery between Thursday and Friday because I needed it by Sunday, but it didn’t arrive until the following week. I tried to contact them to find out where the package was, and it was a nightmare. The chat support was terrible—slow replies, unclear answers, and no phone number to speak with a person to resolve the issue. Since I needed the item for that weekend and it didn’t arrive on time, I decided to return it. I paid extra *again* to return the order, and now it’s been over a month with no sign of the package. They claim I didn’t send it with the label they provided, although I did and have the receipt to prove it. It’s taken *weeks* just to get in touch with them, and the issue still isn’t resolved. If you can buy elsewhere, DO IT. I strongly recommend NOT buying from Runner In.

Ordered a pair of trainers 2 weeks ago and have sent 2 emails and received no reply to either. Very poor customer service and communication.

My heart sank when I read such bad reviews after I had completed the payment for some trainers. Glad to say I received a brilliant service, the tracking info kept me updated every step of the parcels journey, and I received the trainers in perfect condition and within 10 days of purchase which included two bank Holidays. Can't fault them really

Runnerinn sent wrong size charged me £11.49 for a return label, very poor customer service, very little communication, apparently takes up to four weeks for a refund, we will wait and see, never use this company.. worst online shopping experience ever!

Gave them benefit of the doubt but the bad reviews are being kind. 1.5 week after ordering a pair of shoes and still not even reached the Uk.. despite paying close to £10 for royalMail tracked 48 so that’s false advertising to begin with. Avoid!

Very disappointed with the service. The tracking app does not give you full information about the status of your parcel. the support email does not go through. Only received my parcel after a full month and 8 days. the excitement i had over the running shoes is gone. i will never purchase from them again

Great efficient service and very good tracking. Was dubious after reading some other reviews but product was exactly what I ordered and arrived within 3 weeks which is good for international delivery to NZ . Thank you👍

I’ve order a$150 adidas & have not been delivered yet , even though in the tracking app supposedly was already delivery on Friday but the worst part is that there is no contact number to call and the chat is a automatic response that doesn’t answer during the weekend 🙄👎👎

Ive made many purchases on Runnerinn and its been smooth every time except during the pandemic, when logistics timings were a bit out of whack. Granted, this sites deliveries take a while - if youre outside Europe, expect some weeks. If youre looking for speed, dont use them. Everything I've ordered arrived in good condition (this is more than 10 purchases), tracking details and receipts are easily viewed and downloadable over the login. Delivery is of course the biggest cost but it's up to you to consider other retailers. Customs duty is something that buyers HAVE to do their research on, sports goods are quite often taxable on the total purchase amount depending on your country rules. Product pricing may not be the cheapest so just be smart with your comparisons. Im just writing this seeing that there are so many nasty reviews which I think buyers could have avoided their negative experiences if more effort was put onto the purchase process.

DO NOT USE IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE SPAIN...you will get screwed by import and custom fees. Runnerinn do not make this clear on the website, and list items in local currency. This gives the impression you are getting a good discount (even with the advertised DHL shipping fees), but when the custom fees kick in you end up paying way over the market price. Very poor and quite disingenuous from Runnerinn. They know full well what they are doing (discount / low prices look attractive) but they don't tell the whole story. Never again.

I read the reviews after purchasing from this site and was very skeptical but I can honestly not fault them. I received my purchase during the window on the confirmation email and was able to track via a link on said confirmation email. The tracking link was updated daily so I could follow the journey from Spain to UK.

Ordered ASICS on November 16th and didn’t arrive to my home in Toronto Canada till December 28th. An unusually long amount of time. Don’t be fooled by their good low prices either. You will be required to pay duty and taxes when they arrive in your country. Would not order from this company again unfortunately.
