“The goods arrived 2 weeks after they shipped the items out.
It did take them forever to assemble everything I requested and paid for on the list, I think that is the reason why many people are not happy with the company - they ask you to pay for all goods you ordered first, and they will try to gather everything together later - this process took more than 3 weeks and the company did not notify me while it was apparently "waiting" forone of the items I requested to be shipped from their storage (?) to where they assemble the entire order.
My advice is - just purchase things they have in stock!”

They rec'd product in stock the day they canceled and said they would not re-instate the order, nor place a new order at the promo pricing. So for $20 they decided to screw the customer. Arghhh.”

Una experiencia nada recomendable. Pedí unas zapatillas el día 8 de febrero que necesitaba cuanto antes. Debían llegarme el 14 de febrero y aún ni me han llegado ni hay noticias de ellas. Ni si quiera aparecen como enviadas, como si las hubieran perdido en la empresa de transporte. Me he puesto en contacto varias veces con Runnerinn y siempre prometen que se pondrán en contacto cuando tengan información de la empresa de envío pero a día de hoy, 28 de febrero me siguen dando largas. También les he solicitado la devolución del pedido y más largas. Sigo sin zapatillas y seguiré sin ellas por largo tiempo y sin poner devolver el pedido y sin mi dinero (125 euros). Las necesitaba a más tardar para el próximo lunes para unas pruebas físicas y ni si quiera puedo devolverlas para comprarlas en otra tienda. Experiencia para no repetir”

Ordered a £500 watch in December. Has not arrived. Took money from bank account. They just reply to all these messages with the same stock answer. "we will look into it what was your order!!"
Well my order no is 155616622 for what it is worth. I am going to try and get my bank to clawback the money and see if that works.
I would strongly advise against using this company based in Spain.”
“I've read some bad reviews for this website, but turns out everything was fine! I ordered on weekends, they posted like after 1 or 2 working days, and I received after about less than 2 weeks. The duration is very acceptable since they are from Europe, and I am in South East Asia. Also, I opt for the cheapest postage service.
The size, color, model of my shoes, all matches what I ordered.
My only complaint is that the package was not protected, so it is heavily dented, but the shoes were fine with no noticeable defect. Overall was very good, so I am not hesitate to give 5 stars and recommend to others.
Notes: The reason I write this review was because before I ordered from them, I read there were many bad reviews, so I wish tu support them instead.”

I ordered sneakers. The bag they were shipped in arrived empty. I appealed to Runnerinn and they refused to do anything about it. I WOULD CAUTION ANYONE FROM ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They obviously do not care at all about their customers or about the quality of service that they provide. Do yourself a favor. Shop elsewhere!!
