“They come up in searches because their shoes are sometimes marginally cheaper, but they put an extortionate cost on delivery fees but and then double it for return costs which are very hidden on the website. No other reputable retailer charges for delivery on products of this price, and no other retailers charge this much for returns. It also took ages to arrive.
They deliver Royal Mail 48 Tracked which is £3.39 for a shoe box sized parcel (less as a corporate account holder), so the fact they charge £11+ for return postage is robbery. Really dodgy company.
Whatever you've seen on their website you can find elsewhere at a more trustworthy company that you're able to return to if you don't like and has a customer service team you can actually get on contact with.
Buy elsewhere.”

“DO NOT USE IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE SPAIN...you will get screwed by import and custom fees. Runnerinn do not make this clear on the website, and list items in local currency. This gives the impression you are getting a good discount (even with the advertised DHL shipping fees), but when the custom fees kick in you end up paying way over the market price.
Very poor and quite disingenuous from Runnerinn. They know full well what they are doing (discount / low prices look attractive) but they don't tell the whole story.

“Ordered ASICS on November 16th and didn’t arrive to my home in Toronto Canada till December 28th. An unusually long amount of time. Don’t be fooled by their good low prices either. You will be required to pay duty and taxes when they arrive in your country. Would not order from this company again unfortunately.”

“There is a good reason you are seeing all 1 star reviews with every review of runnerinn on this website. This company is a sham. 4 weeks ago I ordered a size 10.5US of Asics running shoes. I noticed immediately that they had a size 11US (44.5 EU) on the order receipt that they sent me. I contacted them and asked them to confirm that it was in fact a size 10.5US and not an 11US that they were sending. Then they tell me that the size I ordered was not in stock. THEN DON'T ADVERTISE AND SELL SOMETHING YOU CAN'T FULFILL TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! So they asked me if I would like them to send me the size 11 instead and I asked them to give me a few days to think about it and I would get back to them. Then the next day I received an auto message from them telling me that my order had been shipped out. After 3 weeks I have still not received the package and the tracking stopped at November 21st. My order was placed on November 16th. I am in Canada and I frequently receive merchandise from China within 7 days of ordering. This company says they are in the Netherlands and that it can take up to 15 days just to ship to my country. In the meantime I have been forced to buy another pair of running shoes since these ones on order have been taking so long to arrive... if they arrive! My mistake for not looking up reviews on this company before ordering. The website looked professional so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My mistake and never again!”

I've never before written such a negative review - but this company is the worst I've ever dealt with in terms of customer service.
I ordered a number of items for delivery and they shipped the parcel without paying customs charges (not unusual), but they also failed to correctly declare the contents meaning that I could not collect the box from the local post office.
Every time I contact 'support' I have a reply from a different person - they tell me that the parcel was delivered (they've said on several dates) and they won't provide proof. They now say that the period to make a claim / complaint has expired so they can't help me - despite contact almost every day.
So the parcel has been returned to RunnerInn (or TradInn or whoever they are) - proof of the return is attached, but they're keeping (stealing) the money and won't even reply to emails.
AVOID this company at all costs.”
“Shoes did not fit, and upon returning them, I find out it will cost $46 to return them to Spain. There is no mention of the customer paying for return shipping in their return policy. It only says quick and easy returns. Also, customer service was rude. I will not purchase from this company again.”
