“Placed an order early in March, great pricing, so I thought. Keep asking for order status until they canceled my order, after charging my credit card a month and a half ago. They rec'd product in stock the day they canceled and said they would not re-instate the order, nor place a new order at the promo pricing. So for $20 they decided to screw the customer. Arghhh.”

“Customer service is horrible. They lack transparency when you buy the items. I bought an item and did not arrive at the specified estimated time. They changed it twice before I contacted customer service. Then, they said that there was nothing they could do.That I could go to the FAQ in their website. I would spend a few extra dollars for a more reliable store. It's been a month since I placed the order, they charged me for it and I'm still waiting. Ordered a £500 watch in December. Has not arrived. Took money from bank account. They just reply to all these messages with the same stock answer. "we will look into it what was your order!!"
Well my order no is 155616622 for what it is worth. I am going to try and get my bank to clawback the money and see if that works.
I would strongly advise against using this company based in Spain.”

I ordered sneakers. The bag they were shipped in arrived empty. I appealed to Runnerinn and they refused to do anything about it. I WOULD CAUTION ANYONE FROM ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They obviously do not care at all about their customers or about the quality of service that they provide. Do yourself a favor. Shop elsewhere!!

“Ordered shoes over 6 weeks ago, not only were they not shipped for 3 weeks, they have still not arrived, tracking has stopped updating, and Runnerinn customer service have told me they may take another 60 days to arrive. Looking at the other reviews here most likely will never see these shoes. Don't bother purchasing on this website.”
