Horrible website! Don't buy from them! Prices are cheap for a reason! Their playbook is very consistent (read reviews below ) and was the same with me. I ordered a running shoes to Norway and then they wrote wrong and incomplete information so that it doesn't pass custom. The package was stuck for 2+ weeks with custom and when i contacted them they just kept saying we will come back to you in few days! I went ahead and contacted the shipping company who said that Runnerinn didn't include enough information so the package didn't pass custom and was returned to them. I contacted Runnerinn asking for a refund and no word from them. What happened with me is exactly the same playbook as in many of the reviews below . Many customers suffered from this: package returned cause of mistake made by runnerinn and then good luck getting back your money! Avoid !!!
