I have been running for 15 years and I have been washing trainers in the washing machine for the last 15 years. For the first time in my life, I bought running shoes and the running shoes lost a fragment of the sole after outdoor care wash. When I asked for a return, they sent me the link to their policy which excludes pretty much everything under "external influences". I would not be surprised if running is on the list of prohibited factors!! Clearly, there was a defect in the material and they rejected it! Very bad selling practice. They attract you by lower prices, but once you pay they don't care about you. Strongly avoid this shop, no after-sale care!
