WARNING - This company steals money from its customers!! I've never before written such a negative review - but this company is the worst I've ever dealt with in terms of customer service. I ordered a number of items for delivery and they shipped the parcel without paying customs charges (not unusual), but they also failed to correctly declare the contents meaning that I could not collect the box from the local post office. Every time I contact 'support' I have a reply from a different person - they tell me that the parcel was delivered (they've said on several dates) and they won't provide proof. They now say that the period to make a claim / complaint has expired so they can't help me - despite contact almost every day. So the parcel has been returned to RunnerInn (or TradInn or whoever they are) - proof of the return is attached, but they're keeping (stealing) the money and won't even reply to emails. AVOID this company at all costs.
