After weeks of hassle to provide me with a free return label (they claimed that they had sent me the correct pair of shoes even though the size label was clearly different than what I’d ordered), I sent back the shoes for return using the shipping label provided by them. According to Royal Mail the parcel arrived at its destination almost two months ago. I have yet to receive my refund because runnerinn claims they haven’t received the parcel. This has been an absolutely awful experience from a terrible scam website. Steer clear at all costs.”

One of the two products was not to my liking, I wanted to make a return, they force you to use their return service for € 9.99, when if I had made the return through the post it would have cost me less than half. NEVER AGAIN, bad service, with very poor customer service. The competition offers free returns.”

I still have not received them (apparently they are stuck in customs, although it was never clear when I ordered that the shorts would come from Spain). After more than three months, they still won't cancel my order and refund my money. The customer service run around literally sends me the same emails over and over.
