I have been buying stuff online since 2003. I have had few issues here and there. I have never ever had such a terrible service and major issue like I had with runnerinn. I bought 2 shoes mid November, both were IN STOCK. I come back to the site to see why my items haven't been shipped 2 weeks after. It shows one of the shoes is actually NOT in stock and they are waiting for it to arrive to their wearhouse in a week. I say fine I will wait. Week passes and the date for the shoe arrival at the warehouse moves to 2 weeks. I talk with them and they just do not care at all. They tell me wait or cancel the order. Silly me I wait 2 more weeks and the date moves again up to 2 weeks. I talk with them and they have literally no idea why the dates keep moving up and neither do they care. Their support is clueless and does not care. If this was amazon by now I would have gotten a free shipping and 50 apologies.

10 day promised delivery but actual time taken was 32 days. Clueless customer care - no real intent to care about the customer! Had to pay a 50% import duty, which busted their lowest price guarantee by a wide margin and the product ended up costing 15% higher than available options. Nowhere in the checkout process was the import duty mentioned. Bunch of scam artists with no morals - avoid like the plague!

The delivery person left before I got to the door to get the product. The neighbour told her to wait and that I'm on my way and it's rude to not wait, but she just left. I had a chat with 'Becky' from Runnerinn about this. She took ages to answer each question, didn't provide clear answers, abruptly ended the chat without answering questions and was rude rude rude.

Terrible customer experience. I ordered some thing three weeks ago and the tracking has not yet changed. They blame everything on Covid and custom.

Please, please avoid this company. Absolutely horrendous 'customer service'. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and hadn't received any kind of shipping notification, so I messaged them and was told there was a delay in receiving the stock but it should go out on the 4th Dec. I asked for an update today and was told it's been delayed by another week. I've asked for confirmation that the order will eventually be available, because if there's a chance it won't, I'll cancel. However, they've now stopped responding to my messages. I wish I'd done my research on this company first, would never have placed with them if I realised how poor the service was.

First time I have paid for something online and never received. The customer service is helpless, nobody cares. No answer after multiple follow ups. Lost more than 400Eur in goods. Avoid at all cost!!! (Order 19324521)

1. Shipping is interminable and at this point jm.thinking number is a scam. 2. They send out wrong item and make it impossible to return. This exploits a loophole in credit card policy where you got a thing, so they wont refund. Even if it wasn't the thing. 3. You may not like amazon but at least it protects you from this increasingly common scam. I just lost $100 to these crooks.

Never by something from Runnerinn! I ordered a watch in the beginning of august. Now it is November. I have not received the watch and they are not customer friendly. They are not answering my emails and they are not helpful. I recommend to never by from Runnerinn!!!

Itโ€™s the worst experience buying from TRADEINN or RUNNERINN the website promises a delivery within 10 days and the delivery took 45+ days. Not just the delay and courier charges I was also slapped with the custom duty. So I paid almost twice the price mentioned by website. The good part is they can fool you once. Will never be buying again from theme.

I've placed an order on the 30th of June 2020. After an unusually long wait the package was dispatched on the 7th of August. Since then I've followed up on a weekly basis without any success. Their last answer: Unfortunately, there is no more information related to this investigation so far. We are deeply sorry for this inconvenience." 75 days and counting. Do not waist your time and money.

Do not buy anything from them. They are NOT in USA and practically impossible to return , unless you agree to pay DHL shipping price, one pair almost $60, also shipping time more than a month from Netherlands, who the hell can just imaging they send product from that far away.

i place the order on 9th August, on 10th the company send me a parcel after 10 day I still did not receive my parcel! than I start contact support from RunnerIn and have a robot reply: As soon as we have any information about this shipping issue, our Transport Department will contact you back. This should not take longer than 10 to 15 working days since we need to give some time to the Delivery Company to investigate your case today I contact again by chat end again receive the answer it will take 10-*15 days!! Company still my money, I do not have a shoes and no my money! Please be aware before you place the order! They are cheap but I know the reason now! you pay and newer have any of your goods!

Ordered in May, apparently shipped June 1st! Have yet to receive package! Any communications has been โ€˜waitโ€™! So waited 60 days as asked to, they will monitor situation closely they said and have heard NOTHING! Took my money and got the run around, so Runnerinn is a good name, theyโ€™re Runnerinn straight to the bank on our dime! ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž five thumbs down!

Placed an order early in March, great pricing, so I thought. Keep asking for order status until they canceled my order, after charging my credit card a month and a half ago. They rec'd product in stock the day they canceled and said they would not re-instate the order, nor place a new order at the promo pricing. So for $20 they decided to screw the customer. Arghhh.

Paid and never recieved the shoes. Meanwhile had to insist and beg for the refund for 4 months!! it was humiliating for me. If I hadn't insisted I would never had my money back, for sure! I have sent dozens of emails. Never again, even if I have to pay a little more in other reliable and good reviewed stores.

Customer service is horrible. They lack transparency when you buy the items. I bought an item and did not arrive at the specified estimated time. They changed it twice before I contacted customer service. Then, they said that there was nothing they could do.That I could go to the FAQ in their website. I would spend a few extra dollars for a more reliable store. It's been a month since I placed the order, they charged me for it and I'm still waiting. As they stated, they cannot do anything and I cannot return it either to get my money back.
