Where do I start? As far as customer service is concerned this company is an absolute joke. I base that on having been involved in the retail customer service sector for 30 years. Can not be bothered with detailing my situation as I've typed it in detail 3 times now to customer service which fell on deaf ears..they just don't care when they get your money. My advice is too shop elsewhere regardless of price and stay well away from this company in all their multiple company guises ie trekinn, swiminn etc etc
