"WARNING - This company steals money from its customers!!\r\nI've never before written such a negative review - but this company is the worst I've ever dealt with in terms of customer service.\r\nI ordered a number of items for delivery and they shipped the parcel without paying customs charges (not unusual), but they also failed to correctly declare the contents meaning that I could not collect the box from the local post office.\r\nEvery time I contact 'support' I have a reply from a different person - they tell me that the parcel was delivered (they've said on several dates) and they won't provide proof. They now say that the period to make a claim \/ complaint has expired so they can't help me - despite contact almost every day.\r\nSo the parcel has been returned to RunnerInn (or TradInn or whoever they are) - proof of the return is attached, but they're keeping (stealing) the money and won't even reply to emails.\r\nAVOID this company at all costs."

"I have been running for 15 years and I have been washing trainers in the washing machine for the last 15 years. For the first time in my life, I bought running shoes and the running shoes lost a fragment of the sole after outdoor care wash. When I asked for a return, they sent me the link to their policy which excludes pretty much everything under \"external influences\". I would not be surprised if running is on the list of prohibited factors!! Clearly, there was a defect in the material and they rejected it! Very bad selling practice. They attract you by lower prices, but once you pay they don't care about you. Strongly avoid this shop, no after-sale care!"

"Horrible website! Don't buy from them! Prices are cheap for a reason! \r\n\r\nTheir playbook is very consistent (read reviews below ) and was the same with me. I ordered a running shoes to Norway and then they wrote wrong and incomplete information so that it doesn't pass custom. The package was stuck for 2+ weeks with custom and when i contacted them they just kept saying we will come back to you in few days! I went ahead and contacted the shipping company who said that Runnerinn didn't include enough information so the package didn't pass custom and was returned to them.\r\n\r\nI contacted Runnerinn asking for a refund and no word from them. \r\n\r\nWhat happened with me is exactly the same playbook as in many of the reviews below . Many customers suffered from this: package returned cause of mistake made by runnerinn and then good luck getting back your money!\r\n\r\nAvoid !!!"

"The worst experience ever!!! When I unpacked the shoe pack, the box was full of mouse droppings and the shoes were bitten by rodents. Since then, I just correspond with the e-shop and they demand more and more photos, but they don't solve anything. They just threaten me in every message that if I don't send the photos on time, they will reject my complaint. Now they want photos of the packaged package for me. How do I give them to them when I've unpacked it ?! I'm very worried that they won't return my money in the end, because they'll find a reason ... :( now I have a box at home full of mouse poop and bitten shoes :( This shop never more..."

"Ordered 2 pairs of Altra shoes on this site. Size recommendations were wrong and both shoes didn't fit me. And of course this was my fault! I sent orders back at my own expense. Tried to clarified whether it is possible to send 2 orders in one parcel by Russian post as their suggested DHL service was too expensive. There was no response from the store. So I decided to send both orders in one package. Sent them back on August 20. For 2 months, the parcel was at the Spanish customs. The support service promised to contact the customs, but they did nothing at the end. Today the package was sent back to Russia by some annknown reason. So I paid money for the return goods and what now??? If I send it again by DHL, then I will pay the entire amount of the order. Disgusting store and return policy. I will never buy anything from you again and I do not recommend it to others."
