Ordered 5 weeks ago, was promised delivery would be here three weeks ago. Received another notification that I would receive it a week ago. Order still has not arrived and no updates to the tracking information. The amount of time it took for the shipment to arrive in the US (over a month) leads me to believe it was transported by ship and that their original estimated arrival date was a sham. First email I sent received a generic response. Second email received no response. Super frustrating.
