DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE. I ordered a pair of Nike running shoes from runnerinn almost six months ago. Initially, they sent me the wrong item. After weeks of hassle to provide me with a free return label (they claimed that they had sent me the correct pair of shoes even though the size label was clearly different than what I’d ordered), I sent back the shoes for return using the shipping label provided by them. According to Royal Mail the parcel arrived at its destination almost two months ago. I have yet to receive my refund because runnerinn claims they haven’t received the parcel. This has been an absolutely awful experience from a terrible scam website. Steer clear at all costs.
