Terrible customer service. Beware that if you buy an item that isn't right for you, they will not support you in returning it.
I purchased a pair of Topps shoes which were very uncomfortable and after running in them twice I contacted Runnerinn for a return and they did not care at all. Their return website also doesn't work properly and Jack was extremely unhelpful!
I do not recommend them!!!
