They deliver Royal Mail 48 Tracked which is £3.39 for a shoe box sized parcel (less as a corporate account holder), so the fact they charge £11+ for return postage is robbery. Really dodgy company. Whatever you've seen on their website you can find elsewhere at a more trustworthy company that you're able to return to if you don't like and has a customer service team you can actually get on contact with.
