I wish I had read reviews before using this company. All the negative concerns you are reading are happening to me. Don't be fooled by their false information. I ordered on Nov. 29th with the understanding that my shoes would arrive by Dec. 5 - 9 and it's now Dec. 15 with no reliable tracking or means to contact them, including no response on Chat. I also read a statement on tracking that says "most shipments take about 26 days" ...WTF!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
