“Runnerinn wouldn't address the technical difficulties with their online return process. I sent many messages. They waited over 1 month to reply and then said I was outside the 30 return period! They are a scam. FYI they also delete complaints posted on their Facebook page so the next customer falls into the same trap!”

I still have not received them (apparently they are stuck in customs, although it was never clear when I ordered that the shorts would come from Spain). After more than three months, they still won't cancel my order and refund my money. The customer service run around literally sends me the same emails over and over. Worst online purchase experience I have ever had! Stay away. They essentially stole my money!”

Can not be bothered with detailing my situation as I've typed it in detail 3 times now to customer service which fell on deaf ears..they just don't care when they get your money. In all fairness, RUNNERINN is excellent at screwing customers over.”

“Ordered some running clothes in the beginning of January. They said my order would arrive earliest in the beginning of March, so that already made me suspicious because why would it take them so long.
Chose to pay by invoice so that I didn't have to give them money upfront. It's now end of January and I have only received one reminder to pay my invoice from Klarna which I haven't done because I have received no email by runnerinn about my order. They write on their website that they will automatically cancel all orders that haven't been paid within 15 days. Haven't received their cancelation email either yet, although it's now more than 19 days after I've placed my order. Will do nothing because they apparently also do nothing.

“I have been buying stuff online since 2003. I have had few issues here and there. I have never ever had such a terrible service and major issue like I had with runnerinn. I bought 2 shoes mid November, both were IN STOCK. I come back to the site to see why my items haven't been shipped 2 weeks after. It shows one of the shoes is actually NOT in stock and they are waiting for it to arrive to their wearhouse in a week. I say fine I will wait. Week passes and the date for the shoe arrival at the warehouse moves to 2 weeks. I talk with them and they just do not care at all. They tell me wait or cancel the order. Silly me I wait 2 more weeks and the date moves again up to 2 weeks. I talk with them and they have literally no idea why the dates keep moving up and neither do they care. Their support is clueless and does not care. If this was amazon by now I would have gotten a free shipping and 50 apologies.”

Had to pay a 50% import duty, which busted their lowest price guarantee by a wide margin and the product ended up costing 15% higher than available options. Nowhere in the checkout process was the import duty mentioned. Bunch of scam artists with no morals - avoid like the plague!”
