Ordered a £500 watch in December. Has not arrived. Took money from bank account. They just reply to all these messages with the same stock answer. "we will look into it what was your order!!"
Well my order no is 155616622 for what it is worth. I am going to try and get my bank to clawback the money and see if that works.
I would strongly advise against using this company based in Spain.”
“I've read some bad reviews for this website, but turns out everything was fine! I ordered on weekends, they posted like after 1 or 2 working days, and I received after about less than 2 weeks. The duration is very acceptable since they are from Europe, and I am in South East Asia. Also, I opt for the cheapest postage service.
The size, color, model of my shoes, all matches what I ordered.
My only complaint is that the package was not protected, so it is heavily dented, but the shoes were fine with no noticeable defect. Overall was very good, so I am not hesitate to give 5 stars and recommend to others.
Notes: The reason I write this review was because before I ordered from them, I read there were many bad reviews, so I wish tu support them instead.”

I ordered sneakers. The bag they were shipped in arrived empty. I appealed to Runnerinn and they refused to do anything about it. I WOULD CAUTION ANYONE FROM ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They obviously do not care at all about their customers or about the quality of service that they provide. Do yourself a favor. Shop elsewhere!!

“Ordered shoes over 6 weeks ago, not only were they not shipped for 3 weeks, they have still not arrived, tracking has stopped updating, and Runnerinn customer service have told me they may take another 60 days to arrive. Looking at the other reviews here most likely will never see these shoes. Don't bother purchasing on this website.”
“Having read many negative reviews about this company, I was very concerned about whether I had be scammed when purchasing my Asics Gel Contend 4 trainers. Quite the opposite, the service I received was perfect from order to delivery. I had a question about the tracking information I received so sent a message, to which I received a prompt reply. My trainers arrived a day before they were due to and they are exactly what I hoped for. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Runnerinn again.”
